Our Policies
We value your time and strive to make every appointment a relaxing, seamless experience. To ensure we can provide exceptional service to all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have the time and attention to properly care for all our guests.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
At Modern Skin, we have a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy to respect both our clients’ schedules and our providers' time. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice, the following fees will apply and be automatically charged to the card on file:
Injection & Facial Appointments:
• Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice – $50
• No call / No show – $75
Skin Health Appointments:
• Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice – $50
• No call / No show – $75
Important:
• After 3 no-shows or late cancellations, clients will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable if the policy is violated. However, if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the prepayment will be applied to a future service.
